HLTAID011 Provide first aid (PFA)

First Aid training, wherever we’re needed.

The HLTAID011 Provide first aid course provides the skills and knowledge required to recognise and respond to first aid emergencies in line with the Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) guidelines and other peak clinical bodies.

CPR training provides the knowledge and skills for first aiders to deliver lifesaving CPR, which can support a casualty’s life until further assistance arrives.

You will gain the knowledge and confidence to perform CPR and deliver additional lifesaving techniques, including using an AED (Automated external defibrillator), the management of asthma, anaphylaxis, non-life-threatening choking, shock and stroke, envenomation, using pressure immobilisation, fractures, dislocations, sprains and strains and minor wound cleaning and dressing.
