A USI is required for all Nationally Accredited Training. Without one, a Statement of Attainment cannot be issued. If you do not already have a USI, one can be obtained by registering on the following site
www.usi.gov.au.
A USI cannot container the letters I or O, or the numbers 1 or 0.
